*DAKKA-DAKKA-DAKKA!!!*
Deafening sound of bolter fire was echoing through dark hallways as waves of Genestealers fell to Hellfire rounds filled with mutagenic acid, specifically designed to combat the Tyranids.
“Apothecary!! Brother Tankred is wounded!”
Warrior clad in white power armour immediately rushed to aid the Space Marine lying on the floor, blood gushing from the right shoulder where his arm used to be.
“Tankred does not fear pain! It is an... illusion of the senses! Tankred endures!” Brave warrior was shouting. However, as Apothecary approached his injured brother, both warriors were suddenly frozen in surprise as a small Warp portal opened next to them and a creature materialized from it.
“Blood for the Blood God! Skulls for the Skull Throne!” Sharp, needle-like teeth protruded from lesser daemon’s slavering jaws as they opened up to release this unholy howl.
“Destroy the foul Warp spawn!” Remaining of the squad immediately focused their fire on the Bloodletter, Chosen of Khorne. Blinded by savage lust for blood, daemon didn’t care about retreating; and swung it’s powerful Warp-forged daemonblade, beheading Tankred and separating Apothecary’s upper body from the lower half with one vicious precise strike, before being blown to countless pieces by heavy bolter fire.

Rhaidot the Apothecary is dead. Day begins, you have 22 hours to vote.

O.o my bro in arms?
I don't want inactive people in the game so I'm going to either suggest that we vote him, or think of a different player to all go on before I die tonight.

SnowKitten is too intense. Maybe it would help if she claims.

I dont think Hashi would be a threat if he's idle. Let the GM handle him and let's not waste a lynch. Any other nomination?

Would have been easier to decide Destroya's alignment had the apothecary not died.

And please guys, you can post too.

UPDATE ANNOUNCEMENT

1. You guys need to pay attention to update times, last 3 votes were past it.
2. Half of players didn't vote at all.
3. Hashi is missing in action since he applied for the game.
4. I am late with the story.

Because of all the reasons named above, I've decided to prolong the day and voting for next 22 hours. I'd like you to tell me in the meantime whether you want me to kill off Hashi for inactivity or you want to lynch him. I am in favor of the latter, because I believe that is the best for game's balance.

Vote Hashi

For the reason Sash explained before. Btw, seems like I'm again the target along with Netter, I think He's either a Traitor Chaos or a Grey Knight, because every time a player votes Netter other one votes me, so He's in a group.... or everyone just love votation ties like me....

Re: TWG 40.000: A Suicide Mission

Post  Black Fang on Fri May 30, 2014 3:48 am

Sash wrote:A Space Hulk; a massive conglomeration of lost ships and wrecks fused together. They drift in and out of the warp through space, and during the millennia these lost ships have joined together into one enormous hull. Most of the times they are so massive that they have their own atmosphere and gravitational pull.
The Imperial Navy, and all Imperial forces and authorities as a whole, have standard orders to survey such objects and to report their location. The Hulks consist of ships and items of technology millennia old and the recoverable technology can be of immense value to the Imperium, and especially to the Adeptus Mechanicus, thus elite Imperial forces are sent aboard to clear out possible infestations.
Space Hulks are dangerous, as many times they are used as means of transport by certain unsophisticated factions. The Orks, the Genestealers, and the forces of Chaos, renegades use them occasionally to invade other worlds. As the warp jump of Space Hulks is essentially made in a random direction, this gives them the advantage of surprise. Therefore the mission of boarding Space Hulks is extremely dangerous and normally entrusted to Terminators, the Chapters' most experienced elite who are heavily armed and armored.

Somewhere during the Vinculus Crusade, 833.M41, a Space Hulk appeared near Peleregon II. A squad of Black Templars was patrolling the area and were given the order to investigate.

“What are we doing here? It’s another useless pile of junk, most likely infested by mindless Genestealers. I’d rather be on Peleregon IV fighting those traitors!” One of the new Initates was complaining.
“We all wish the same brother, but orders are orders, who are we to question Castellan Draco?”
“Give me Castellan’s Terminator armor and I’ll go down there to kill some bugs without question.” Third Initiate added, which greatly angered several Marines.
“Have you forgotten your vows, brother?!” Second Initiate stormed. “Accept any challenge, no matter the odds!”
“How about everyone relaxes, no one is going down there, we are just scouting until big guns arrive from Peleregon IV.” One of the Marines was trying to calm the situation.
“Are you another coward?” Everyone was on their feet when voice of the pilot interrupted the argument;
“Prepare to board drop pods! We have an order from High Marshal Ludoldus himself! He suspects that forces of Ordo Malleus are located on that Hulk, you are to find them and assist until reinforcements arrive!”
“What?! The Inquisition?”
“Suddenly you are the one that sounds scared, my honorable battle brother!” Initiate that started the fight was laughing.
“Silence! We have an important mission, get in those pods and go kill some xeno scum! For the glory of The Emperor!” Everyone started chanting as they boarded drop pods and started a dangerous descent towards the Space Hulk.

“We are the hammer! Die foul beast!” A warrior in grey Aegis Power Armour shouted as his Force Halberd pierced the skull of a terrible monster.
“Lord Inquisitor, I think we’ve killed them all now.” Adepta Sororitas from the Order of the Bloody Rose kicked a genestealer corpse away.
“Good work, now let’s...” Lord Inquisitor was interrupted when door to his right started opening. Two Grey Knights immediately jumped in front of their master and readied their weapons, while Battle Sister immediately opened fire.
“Stop! Hold your fire!” A Black Templar Space Marine yelled, but it was too late, one of his brothers was already dead.
“You crazy bit...” Young Initiate was smacked in the head with a bolter before he could finish.
“Lord Inquisitor, we are sent by High Marshal Ludoldus to rescue you.”
“Ludoldus? Isn’t he… Holy Throne of Terra, we must have jumped through Warp to the Peleregon Cluster!” Lord Inquisitor started explaining to the squad of Black Templars that he was hunting a Champion of Chaos Undivided and his cultists, when they have crashed on the Space Hulk that suddenly materialized from Warp.
“Master! I sense him! I sense taint of Chaos! It is one of you!” Inquisitor was once again interrupted and everyone was alarmed as one of Grey Knights pointed in the direction of Black Templars.

Game starts!

Due to technical difficulties I'm a bit late, so you have 21.5 hours to cast votes. Roles will be distributed shortly.

First post was "late" but that was timed for 3pm. So I was basing the times of this.

Update is timed for 3pm your time, which is correct, but voting ends 2 hours before that, giving me time to write the update, which was mentioned in opening post. I've also named the time left for voting after every update to remind people.
