The Werewolf Game - Deep Intoxications

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~STORY BACKGROUND~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

It was kept from the sun, kept from the air, kept in a tomb of stone. Away from eyes it was hidden, until the very last moment. And upon its awakening the feeble thing did draw its first breath of dust-laden air, and saw his surroundings have changed over the recent century. His life is nothing but anguish, for too weak to fight, it could not escape its prison. It was found one day and brought to the surface, taken to an island kingdom where the rest of its kind were. It finally struck him that its kinds' number had dwindled significantly. Its new family was kind, but still he brooded, unwilling to forgive the behavior of those that imprisoned him. In its dark cave it lurks building back its strength, waiting to find those that did this to it... and have its revenge.

Game System Mechanics

Day: Each player votes for a player to be lynched in daily vote. You vote by posting in this thread the name of the person you want to be lynched.

Night: Special Roles can use their abilities. Their abilities are activated by sending a PM to the GM of what they want to do.
i.e. Seer sends a pm to GM on who he/she wants to scan. (You'll understand when you read the "Roles" section)


Day and Night go in separate sessions, 24 hours for each, and the game starts at Day 1.

Roles (To be edited)

Seer: Seers are people who can PM the GM to seek a role of one person in the game per night.

Villager: No special ability, just a goodie.

Mason: Masons know the identity of other Masons.

Guardian Angel: The GA(guardian angel) can send PM to the Game Master (me) to tell who he/she wants to be protected. If the "protected" is targeted by werewolves, the "protected" won't die from the assault.

Vigilante: The Vigilante can send PM to GM to tell who he/she wants to shoot. The targeted person then dies.

Werewolf: Votes like a simple villager during the day, but hunts their prey during the night. At night Werewolves decide on who to hunt and kill during the night. Werewolves would send PM to GM to vote who they will hunt for the night. (Also to each other before reporting to GM is definitely advised) If I get totally different people, I will randomly choose the victim using Random.org

Alpha Werewolf: The leader of the werewolves, knows the identity of the werewolves, and the werewolves know his identity. At his death, he can convert 1 random

Game Master: The role of the Game Master is to try and make the roles of players difficult to figure out. In this case how will you know which one's which? Will I give the obvious role to a well-known person; or will I give it to someone that's not so well-known? The Game Master CANNOT be voted off to be lynched. If you do vote for the Game Master it will result into a skipped vote and a death. After all, I'm just there...Nor Villager; nor werewolf. However! The game master will posses one character to interact with other players. Game master will not be able to take part in daily voting, killing in the night, ect.

Goal

Spoiler:
Villagers win if all werewolves are killed.

Werewolves win if number of surviving villagers would be less than to number of surviving werewolves during the daytime.

Note: Deadline of voting/special actions would be 24 hours after update. Also if there is a tie there is a 50/50 chance both will die or one will die with random.org generating from number 1-2.

Rules

Spoiler:
1. Everyone votes during the day. If you don't vote, first, you'll receive a warning, the next time you wouldn't vote, it'll be an auto-death for you.

2. If there is a tie in voting, there is a 50/50 chance both will die or one will die with random.org generating from number 1-2.

3. If the Guardian Angel is killed during the night to protect another player, that player is still protected during the night unless shot by Vigilante.

4. If the Vigilante uses his bullet on someone protected by the Guardian Angel, the protected player still dies.

5. PM is allowed for all types of players

6. Ghosts in general may taunt, haunt, and flaunt, but aren't allowed to give strategic input or information to the remaining players.

7. Speak English. ._.

8. You are allowed to role claim

9. Vote in color.

Recent Questions and Answers

Q: How many times can we change votes? And can we pm other players?
A: You may change votes as much as you want and yes, you can PM other players. However, I think Ghosts should not be able to give out their "final" analysis after they've died. This is so they spill whatever they're thinking BEFORE they die and not AFTER. So yeah, that limits only ghosts (aka the dead). I will however, allow group power roles to communicate with their dead for guidance (IE Masons/Wolves).

I would also recommend using something other than red for voting, seeing that entire forum is colored in it, so I'm not sure how red makes it easier to follow. That being said vote Destroya, cause I know he likes that.

Yeah and that's basically the left and right side, Sasha. The red is different from both the sides and the little headings where it says things like the title, forum name, etc are also a different shade of red. When you write without the color and suddenly something red pops up it's a /good/ indication that it's most likely a vote. But yes, there are colors that are better than red, but it's just "traditional". I also did not put in size because I didn't want to have that much requirements on voting.
