"How's that for genius???", brags to Katrina bout killing the vampire. Cool Cool Cool 
Analyze the room, search for weapons/ammo.
Ask Katrina to do the same.
See's the chest inside the pool.
"Woah, that's one deep pool. Luckily I know the basic's of swimming."
Before jumping into the pool, stretches and suddenly removes clothes(except undergarments of course, without warning to Katrina, and observes her) to prevent them from getting wet and therefore avoiding heat loss from wearing wet clothes.
Retrieve chest from the pool.  Upon surfacing, shivers comically and tells Katrina, "I-i-i-i-m c-c-c-cold." Wait for her reaction, then wear clothes again. Open chest. Analyze contents.

Then jump into the pool again, but observe Katrina's movement, even as small as an eye twitch or change of emotion.

The rooms seems like a basement, but doesn't feel like one with the room design.

You jumped into the pool again and was teleported to Katrina again.

Leggo character development. Inquire Katrina if she has any experience handling weapons, let her teach me, otherwise ask her to train with me. Also, if she knows some things about weapons, let her analyze mine and ask if she can advise me on how to use my weapon. Afterwards, take a break.

ACTION: If I can carry a chair without losing too much movement, I take one and get close to the unlocked door, to give a snoop for whatever is in there, If the chair it is to heavy, then I do not take it.

Me and Katrina get in the room. I ask her to Katrina "please take the note and read it out loud". As she is reading, I pulled the sword from above the fireplace. I spot every possible detail about the sword: handle, heraldry, type of sword, brands, dents, scale, stocks. Is it really just a decorative sword? How old is it? That's what I want to know.

MY ACTION: Put the Zukei shifutā in the fireplace, like a experiment to know how will react this weapon with fire.
"Katrina, can you help me by breaking the chair? Just smash it against a wall or something, try to no get hurt. We can make stakes and even torches with the wood and the wool. Next time, we are going to drive a stake through the heart on that elusive vampire."

Same routine, position on either side of the door, and prepare for entry with weapons at the ready. Be sure to attack anything close and scout the room upon entry.

Practice on using weapons with Katrina (use remaining 2) rest in between training. Afterwards, dive into the bloodpool, (if it's there), go to the last room unlocked. Survey surroundings, inspect everything.

What other things can we train?

There a limit were you can train with 1 person btw. Limited is 3 upgraded stats. You have 2 left with Katrina.

Retaliate by firing my revolver at the Hound to keep it at bay, meanwhile Katrina will begin flanking from the left side. As she flanks I will switch to my newly acquired sword and we will attack the hound with our swords in unison.

You quickly pulled out your Revolver and fired at the M. Hell-hound, It evades the bullet with a black flip and you see Katrina attempts to cut the the Mechanical Beast. The Hound evades the attack jump jumping forward to you, right over you. In time, you manage to draw your sword and hit the Mechanical Hound's foot. (High Roll) It does no damage, it appears your weapons are to weak to fight the Mechanical Beast.

The Hound runs into the Blood Room and jumps into the Blood Pool.
