You tried to open the front doors, and it wouldn't budge. Its not locked but something is preventing it being opening.

Katrina tried to open the door and failed, then she kicked the door and it sounded like there was something on the other side of the door, preventing it being opened. She opened a window and seen the rest of the plane passengers, now as undead zombies surrounding the mansion.

I want you to be able to kill if I am engaged in battle with an enemy.

I know is dangerous, but we don't have anywhere to go or any more clues. Please, go with me to the Mansion, I will protect you and you will protect me, I am sure we can do it together.

Action: Ask Katrina to ignore my dizziness and help me to look out for any secret door or better yet, a map of some kind
